These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any production work we might do together — that gets its own agreement.

In these terms, "we" and "us" means Segomotso Louw trading as Loso Edits.
2. Using this site
By browsing this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to attempt to break or overload it, and not to use automated tools to harvest its contents.
3. The work shown here
All video, images, text and design on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The showreels and project videos are displayed for the purpose of demonstrating our work.
You may view and share links to this site freely. You may not download, copy, re-upload, re-edit, or use any video or image from this site in any other work or platform without our written permission. If you want to use something, ask — the answer is often yes.
4. Client names and brand marks
Brand names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear solely to identify productions we contributed to, in some cases through an agency or as a subcontractor, and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or direct or ongoing relationship between those brands and us.
If you represent a brand featured here and would like its mark or the associated work removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.
5. Enquiries are not contracts
Sending us a message through the contact form, or any other channel, does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deadlines, revisions, usage rights and delivery. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
6. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Figures shown on this site are indicative and not warranties of future performance.
7. Other people's websites
This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information.
8. Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what this site stores in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top, and applies from the moment it is posted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
